Therapy Dogs visit on Friday from 12:45 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. in the Library.
We have some fabulous therapy dogs coming to the Collins library once a week on Fridays. The dogs are certified therapy dogs and are part of the organization Therapy Dogs International. When the therapy dogs visit, students will have the opportunity to come to the library and practice their reading fluency by reading to a therapy dog for 10 to 15 minutes. Students will hopefully build a friendly relationship with their reading companion while practicing and improving their reading skills.
